Vanilla Cloud began with an obsession : what is the dream vanilla cake?

After months spent tasting, testing and reworking the cakes and creams we love most, Caketelier set out to create something that felt less like traditional layer cake and more like a dream of one. At its heart is our vanilla chiffon — impossibly tender, feather-light and beautifully moist, with a delicate crumb that remains soft and supple even when served cold. Between each layer, clouds of mascarpone Chantilly bring a cool, silken richness: lush enough to feel indulgent, yet light enough to seemingly disappear on the tongue.

The pleasure of Vanilla Cloud is in that meeting of textures. Airy chiffon yields into creamy Chantilly; vanilla gives way to the gentle tang of mascarpone; every forkful feels plush, delicate and almost weightless.
